SHIPPING & return POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and the small size of our business, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted purchases. If a product were to be returned to us, even unopened, we would be unable to resell it due to safety and purity concerns. Please be sure to read our product descriptions, FAQ’s, and reviews before purchasing to be sure you are confident in your decision! We take so much pride in our products and are more than happy to answer any additional questions and address any concerns or issues you may have. Your satisfaction and happiness is our #1 goal! All non-liquid products are packaged & shipped in solid form at room temperature. Unfortunately, temperature control is out of our hands from there. Thus, it is possible that products may be in a melted state, or may have melted and resolidified in a less-than-perfect shape inside the container. Always be sure to let hot tins cool face-up before opening. We hope you understand that we cannot accept returns for products that have melted in transit. We sincerely apologize for any imperfect-looking products; but we promise it’s still the same great stuff! Besides, it’s what’s on the inside that matters!
Can I email you my order and credit card information?
Email is not considered a secure form of communication, and can be intercepted as it travels across the Internet. We recommend that you do not give us your credit card number or any sensitive information via email. Additionally, completing orders through our site helps to ensure it is received and processed as quickly as possible.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept credit and debit from all major providers including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Can I pay over the phone or by mail?
We prefer that all web store payments are made through the website. In special circumstances, we may be able to make different arrangements. Please email us for special payment requests. We will be happy to chat and see if we can work something out.
